Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with a minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong architectural and development skills within the Salesforce ecosystem are required, specifically with Salesforce Core, Data Cloud, Agentforce, Experience Cloud (Communities), Mulesoft, and Generative AI capabilities. Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems via APIs and event-driven architectures is also necessary.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager, you will partner with business stakeholders to maintain a prioritized strategic roadmap, and coordinate and execute projects and enhancements. You will be responsible for architecting, designing, building, testing, and deploying scalable, secure Salesforce solutions to support CrowdStrike’s global GTM strategy, ensuring consistency and quality across applications. Furthermore, you will drive solutioning efforts across various Salesforce products and integrate them with CrowdStrike’s broader ecosystem, leveraging Mulesoft and APIs to enable data flow and automation, while also driving the use of Generative AI to enhance productivity and decision-making.
