Requirements

They should possess a proven ability to build and lead scalable quality improvement initiatives from scratch, along with a strong operational mindset focused on identifying root causes and implementing solutions.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager, Clinical Quality & Programs will lead clinical quality operations, including strategy, execution, and continuous improvement across documentation, audit, feedback, and compliance systems. They will design systems and frameworks to proactively surface quality issues and deploy root-cause-driven solutions that scale with growth, establish standards for clinical documentation quality, implement automated audit mechanisms, and lead feedback loops with individual providers and clinical leaders. This role involves defining and owning key quality metrics, partnering with Product and Analytics to build dashboards, implementing AI-powered quality review tools, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, and Compliance to embed clinical decision support and guardrails directly into workflows. Additionally, they will design scalable clinician support systems, act as a quality evangelist, and serve as a key representative of clinical quality in client conversations and regulatory reviews.
