Candidates must hold an active clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Psychologist) and possess at least 4-5 years of direct clinical experience, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and a deep understanding of therapeutic appropriateness. Experience with quality assurance/improvement, clinical review, supervision, or clinical documentation is required, along with familiarity with AI/ML tools, digital health platforms, and healthcare technology. Strong analytical skills, a systematic approach to evaluating clinical outputs at scale, and knowledge of clinical risk assessment, safety protocols, evidence-based practices, and clinical outcome measurement are essential.
The Clinical Product Specialist, AI Quality will conduct systematic quality reviews of AI-generated outputs to identify clinical risks and safety issues. They will define and refine clinical QA protocols, guardrails, and escalation pathways, and contribute to clinical incident escalation and triage processes. This role involves collaborating with Product and Engineering to iterate on model behavior and prompt design, supporting the development of safety metrics and dashboards, and partnering on tooling improvements to scale clinical QA. Additionally, they will provide clinical expertise during product development, collaborate with cross-functional teams for clinical and regulatory alignment, and support general product initiatives including clinical evaluation and provider enablement.
