Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in the dropshipping or logistics aggregator business and a network of e-commerce MSMEs that use shipping partners for fulfillment. A basic understanding of the dropshipping industry in India and its key stakeholders is necessary. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required, along with the ability to handle daily sales targets and a willingness to travel extensively across India. Fluency in Hindi is also a must.
The Senior Manager for Business Development will be responsible for aggressively finding new dropshippers and e-commerce sellers through direct visits and cold calls. They will maintain knowledge of top-selling products and competitor activities, build strong relationships with dropshippers to foster their business growth, and ideate and execute sales incentive plans. This role involves owning the dropshipper business by coordinating with internal finance, logistics, and supply teams, developing business plans including sales planning, and building and managing a Pan-India team. Additionally, they will ensure progress across technical integrations, commercial pilots, and value realization with partners in measurement, attribution, and commerce data orchestration.
