We are looking for a Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist to take our user engagement and retention efforts to the next level. This role will design and execute targeted campaigns that guide users through every stage of their journey with Typeform, from onboarding and first conversion to expansion and long-term loyalty. You’ll own and optimise automated workflows, segment audiences, run experiments, and collaborate across teams to ensure our lifecycle programs drive meaningful results.
In the short term, you’ll focus on supporting our three core areas—Acquisition, Expansion, and cross-functional projects—while working closely with your manager for alignment. Over time, you’ll own end-to-end lifecycle strategies, proactively identify new growth opportunities, and play a key role in driving business success.
The Lifecycle Marketing team ensures our users get the right message at the right time, helping them see and realise the value of Typeform. We work across acquisition, retention, and expansion to create personalised experiences that drive engagement, revenue growth, and loyalty.
On the acquisition side, we have strong foundations with proven campaigns that bring in new users and convert them into paying customers. Your role will help us fine-tune, test, and expand these programs for maximum impact.
On the expansion side, you’ll have the opportunity to build from scratch. While we’ve excelled at bringing in new users, structured expansion programs are still in their early stages. This is your chance to design the playbook—encouraging upgrades, cross-sells, and long-term adoption of our higher-tier plans.
