Requirements

Candidates should have experience designing and running lifecycle marketing programs across multiple channels, a strong understanding of user segmentation, journey mapping, and personalization tactics, and proven ability to analyze data, measure results, and optimize campaigns. Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools and experimentation frameworks, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams are also required, along with comfort balancing short-term execution with long-term strategic thinking. Experience building expansion strategies from the ground up, a background in B2B SaaS or product-led growth environments, and familiarity with in-product messaging platforms are considered extra awesome.

Responsibilities

The Senior Lifecycle Marketing Strategist will design and execute targeted campaigns that guide users through every stage of their journey with Typeform, own and optimize automated workflows, segment audiences, and run experiments. They will also collaborate across teams to ensure lifecycle programs drive meaningful results, identify growth and expansion opportunities across the user journey, and analyze and report on campaign performance, sharing insights and recommendations. The role involves planning and running experiments to improve key lifecycle metrics and partnering with PMM, Brand, Content, and Product teams to deliver cross-functional projects.
