Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 10 years of experience in complex ERP, MRP, PLM, CRM, or consulting-type enterprise selling at the C-Suite level, along with 5+ years of cross-border experience. Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets, and demonstrable ability to drive the sales process from plan to close are essential, as is experience as a head of sales. Strong listening and negotiation skills, a polished and professional demeanor, and a solid work ethic are also required.
As a Senior Key Account Manager, you will identify and engage with high-quality brands or manufactures based in China selling in overseas marketplaces, organize meetings and pitch Pattern’s services in the US, APAC, and EMEA, conduct sales activities, develop client-focused and differentiated solutions, deliver aggressive sales plans, and be an exemplary brand champion. You will also collaborate with the US sales team, report to the Director of Sales, and work across departments with senior-level colleagues to implement actionable solutions, actively participate in group collaborations, and take full ownership of projects to ensure completion.
