Requirements
Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT operations roles, along with 3+ years of hands-on experience with device management platforms such as Rippling, Jamf, or Intune. They should also have 3+ years of experience with G Suite and Microsoft Office 365, and a strong understanding of security policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
As a Senior IT Support professional, you will manage end-to-end laptop lifecycles using Rippling, maintain accurate asset inventory, configure and deploy device images, coordinate device shipping, handle device troubleshooting, process access requests through Jira Service Desk, perform user onboarding and offboarding, provide technical support, deploy and manage SentinelOne, implement security policies, monitor security alerts, assist with security audits, ensure access controls, monitor data access, drive process completion, identify automation opportunities, maintain documentation, and participate in incident response and business continuity planning.
