The Senior IT Specialist will manage and maintain on-prem and cloud servers, ensuring high availability and reliability. They will support and maintain LANs and WANs, troubleshoot network performance issues, and provide advanced technical support to internal users. Additionally, they will administer the ServiceNow platform, lead IT projects, ensure the security of IT systems, and coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment and services.
