Candidates must possess over 5 years of hands-on experience in SaaS onboarding or implementation, demonstrating a successful history of guiding customers through technical setup, training, and go-live across diverse business types and user groups while consistently meeting key performance metrics. Proven project management skills are essential for managing complex, high-touch implementations, along with a deep understanding of R365 product lines including Accounting, Operations, ExpandShare, and HIRE. Exceptional organizational and time management skills are required to simultaneously manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to lead client-facing training and translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are necessary. A highly analytical and solutions-oriented mindset is needed to assess requirements, troubleshoot issues, and make timely, data-informed decisions that support customer success.
The Senior Implementation Specialist will lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations from discovery to adoption, ensuring alignment between customer requirements and platform capabilities to manage milestones on time and within budget for a smooth customer project experience. This role involves conducting advanced discovery sessions to understand multi-location, multi-system workflows and configuring solutions for maximum operational efficiency. Delivering expert-level training, virtually or onsite, tailored to different audience levels to drive confident end-user adoption is a key responsibility. The specialist will apply deep product expertise to advise on complex use cases, integrations, and best practices, ensuring customers maximize platform value. Additionally, they will mentor and coach junior Implementation Specialists, provide feedback, share best practices, and contribute to internal training programs. Collaboration with Project Management, Solutions Architecture, Product, and Support teams is crucial for resolving issues, addressing custom requirements, and ensuring delivery excellence. Contributing to continuous improvement by identifying process gaps, suggesting playbook enhancements, and piloting new delivery approaches, along with proactively managing risk and surfacing adoption blockers with mitigation strategies, are also key duties. Other assigned duties will be performed as needed.
