Responsibilities

The Senior Human Factors Engineering Manager will create, develop, and lead teams to execute human factors engineering processes for critical products, conducting customer and competitive research to identify and prioritize usability improvements. They will lead internal and external development resources in usability research, design, testing, and validation, and be responsible for usability initiatives across product and organizational lines. This role involves developing business cases for usability projects, communicating plans to stakeholders, and training staff on usability principles and technology. Furthermore, the manager will apply advanced usability principles to solve complex design problems, stay current with advancements, and create and train others in effective usability processes.
