We are looking for a Senior Design Manager, Win and Close to lead and inspire our talented design team, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver exceptional product experiences. The ideal candidate will have a sharp eye for design excellence, a strategic mindset, and technical acumen. As a senior leader, you will shape the design culture, scale the design team, and influence the direction of our Win and Close product areas.

Design Leadership & Craft:

  • Ensure design excellence and set a high bar for quality across all products.
  • Oversee the end-to-end design process from ideation to delivery.
  • Champion design best practices and foster a culture of creativity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
  • Balance feature team needs with foundational UX.
  • Serve as a thought leader in the “Win and Close” space.

Team Management & Development:

  • Inspire and manage a team of talented designers.
  • Mentor and guide designers in their career development.
  • Contribute to the overall design culture at Apollo.

Business & Technical Acumen:

  • Align design strategies with business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure scalability.
