Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Psychology, Sociology, Marketing, or Business, and ideally have 8+ years of experience in research consulting or a related area. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with excellent communication and presentation abilities. Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods is highly desirable, and familiarity with experience research methodologies is a plus.
As a Senior Research Consultant, you will act as a trusted advisor and research expert, guiding clients in developing scalable research strategies and driving adoption of UserTesting. You will lead complex research initiatives, mentor junior consultants, plan and facilitate workshops, enable customers on methodologies and platform features, and collaborate with Customer Success and Account Teams to support customer retention and growth. Furthermore, you will bring business acumen to discussions, align research with customer goals, and drive the embedding of research within customer product and design processes.
