Candidates should possess 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on both Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical hiring in high-growth companies, and a deep understanding of GTM functions and technical domains. They should be able to assess candidate fit across a variety of specialized roles, including experience recruiting for hybrid roles that require both technical and customer-facing expertise.
The Senior GTM & Technical Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both GTM and technical roles, develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, build and refine internal recruitment processes, partner strategically with hiring managers, ensure a positive candidate experience, champion diversity and inclusion initiatives, and recruit for a variety of teams including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical-commercial hybrid roles.
