Candidates must possess 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on both Go-To-Market (GTM) and technical hiring within high-growth companies. They should have a deep understanding of GTM functions and technical domains, including the ability to assess candidate fit across diverse specialized roles, and experience recruiting for hybrid roles requiring both technical and customer-facing expertise.
The Senior GTM & Technical Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both GTM and technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. They will develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques, gather market intelligence, design and improve recruitment processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, champion diversity and inclusion, and recruit for a variety of teams including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical-commercial hybrid roles.
