Responsibilities

The Senior GTM & Technical Recruiter will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for both GTM and technical roles, collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. They will develop and execute innovative sourcing techniques, gather market intelligence, design and improve recruitment processes, ensure a positive candidate experience, champion diversity and inclusion, and recruit for a variety of teams including Engineering, Product, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and technical-commercial hybrid roles.
