Requirements

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Sales Ops / Rev Ops, or a related role, understanding sales from a New Biz and Existing Biz perspective
  • Expert knowledge of data and KPI management across the entire customer journey
  • CRM expertise (preferably Salesforce)
  • Understanding of Sales Methodology execution (preferably SPICED)
  • Process driven with analytical mindset
  • SaaS and/or ecommerce experience preferable

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and improving operational excellence across the entire customer journey (bowtie)
  • Definitions, tracking and reporting of relevant KPIs
  • Translating pipeline data analysis into actionable insights and recommendations
  • Cross-collaboration with all teams throughout the organization and own process improvements that have direct revenue impact
  • Work closely with our Senior Sales Enablement Manager to identify training and development needs across the unit
  • Contribute towards the reporting and presentation of business-wide goals and targets
