Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-growth team environment, and knowledge of Quote to Cash and Revenue Recognition business processes. A strong understanding of integration points and data flows between systems like Salesforce and Zuora is essential. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in designing and configuring subscription billing and payment systems such as Zuora, Recurly, Stripe, or Adyen within a SaaS environment, along with a passion for improving systems and processes collaboratively. Experience in the SaaS/technology industry, with applications like Salesforce CPQ or Oracle Fusion, and working knowledge of revenue recognition systems like RevPro, Oracle RMCS, Netsuite Revenue Recognition, or Zuora Revenue are desired.

Responsibilities

The Senior Financial Systems Analyst will assist in the configuration, testing, and maintenance of Zuora for the Order-to-Cash process. This role involves troubleshooting system and integration issues, identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency within Zuora and related financial systems, and building relationships with cross-functional partners. They will also partner with Finance, Sales, Revenue Operations, and EA to align system functionality with business needs and assist with projects focused on streamlining billing, invoicing, product configuration in Zuora, and payment processes.
