Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate FP&A, preferably in a SaaS or technology environment. Experience in building or owning Cash Flow and Balance Sheet forecasting is required, along with experience supporting G&A functions such as Finance, HR, Legal, IT, and Facilities. A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is an asset. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and exposure to complex datasets are necessary. Direct experience with financial systems like Netsuite and Anaplan, or other planning tools, is expected, as is a solid understanding of GAAP, accounting and finance processes, data structures, and systems. A growth mindset with the ability to learn quickly is also important. This role is only open to candidates based in the USA.
The Senior Financial Analyst II will drive the complete cash and balance sheet forecasting process, including model creation, variance analysis, and continuous improvement of forecast accuracy. They will prepare and present detailed financial reports and analysis to executive leadership, and produce recurring monthly reports of financial statements with key metrics and variance analysis. Responsibilities also include automating and optimizing data flows between financial and enterprise systems, identifying and developing solutions for gaps in planning and forecasting processes, and assisting the Finance team with new processes, initiatives, and tools. The analyst will partner with G&A business units to support monthly result walkthroughs, budget, and forecast, including maintaining spend run-rates and identifying trends. Additionally, they will develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for G&A functions to assess operational efficiency and financial performance.
