Requirements

Candidates should have at least 8 years of experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B, with expertise in both online and offline marketing, including events, partnerships, and community management. Experience working in and with the Israel market and SME and Enterprises in the region is essential, along with experience in a fast-moving startup culture and leading marketing projects. Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, experience using Marketo or Salesforce, and an entrepreneurial mindset are required. Candidates must also possess confident communication skills for stakeholder reporting and exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

The Senior Field Marketing Manager will execute marketing strategies for both inbound and outbound initiatives to accelerate growth in SME and Enterprise campaigns. They will lead community building and partner marketing efforts in Israel, collaborating with strategic and channel partners to maximize full-funnel marketing. The role includes hosting and maximizing events, collaborating with content marketing, ABM/campaign marketing, and growth marketing to maximize content across channels, and supporting go-to-market teams for product launches. Additionally, they will lead reporting for partner marketing, events, and communities, analyze marketing campaign performance, and continuously collaborate to identify growth opportunities.
