Field Marketing Manager

Candidates should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in field marketing or event management, with a proven track record of successful event execution and lead generation. A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required, along with strong project management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute comprehensive strategies for webinars, podcasts, conferences, and onsite events, aligning with Truv's marketing and sales objectives. They will collaborate closely with sales, product marketing, and content teams to ensure cohesive messaging and maximize event impact, oversee the creation of compelling event content, manage relationships with vendors and partners, plan and manage budgets for field marketing activities, and measure and analyze the effectiveness of events, providing insights for continuous improvement.
