Candidates must possess at least 7 years of experience in high technology B2B enterprise software or SaaS, along with deep expertise in the UK&I market and a proven track record of success. They should have a strong understanding of digital, content, web, webinars, on/offline events, pipeline acceleration initiatives, and customer/partner activations.
The Senior Field Marketing Manager will develop and execute the field marketing strategy for the UK&I region, partnering with the regional Sales Director to drive toward shared goals and ensuring alignment of strategy, processes, and shared goals across departments. They will also maintain consistency in messaging and branding, educate and communicate with the local GTM team, establish performance metrics, conduct research to identify growth opportunities, and review and localise global campaigns content.
