Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or a related sales function, with a deep understanding of the sales lifecycle and experience supporting quota-carrying teams, ideally with prior sales experience. Required skills include excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation abilities, proficiency with sales tools and platforms such as Salesforce, Gong, Highspot, Seismic, and LMS tools, and a data-driven mindset to measure impact and improve continuously. Proven success in driving measurable impact through enablement programs, a strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle (especially in SaaS or complex sales), excellent stakeholder management skills, and an analytical mindset for measuring success and identifying improvements are essential. Proficiency in designing training materials using tools like PowerPoint or Articulate is also required.
The Senior Field Enablement Business Partner will act as a consultant for sales leaders on enablement opportunities, delivering tailored content by audience and contributing to knowledge bases, training sessions, and weekly updates. This role involves proactively engaging with the leadership team to plan and execute the enablement plan, providing feedback on curriculum effectiveness, and proposing adjustments or new additions. The partner will collaborate with the Learning Design Experience team to develop learning objectives and measurable outcomes, follow through on the adoption of pre/post-evaluations and metrics for enablement programs, and maintain knowledge of Twilio's competitors, company direction, and financial stability.
