Requirements

Responsibilities

The Program Success Portfolio Sr. Manager will align the learning and enablement organization through strategic portfolio prioritization and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include facilitating prioritization ceremonies, managing resource requests and project progression, maintaining a catalog of COE programs, overseeing budget planning, establishing operational cadences, coordinating strategic planning and execution cycles, and supporting executive visibility with strategic updates and dashboards. The role also involves leading cross-functional strategic projects and developing standards for initiative tracking, compliance, and reporting.
