Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build relationships with healthcare providers and understand their needs. Responsibilities
As a Senior Field Activation Specialist, you will represent Gilead’s products and services to a defined customer base within the Orange County territory, focusing on raising HIV prevention awareness and activating healthcare providers. You will build relationships, engage in open dialogue, deliver disease awareness information, clinical updates, and education on healthcare changes, and develop and execute a territory business plan to meet activation goals. This role requires strategic account management, continuous monitoring of activation progress, and adapting strategies to exceed targets, as well as promoting the appropriate use of Gilead products while adhering to relevant guidelines.
