Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline and have at least 3 years of working experience in the Sales field. Experience in the logistics or e-commerce industry is preferred. Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa is required, along with a result-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and the ability to adapt to changing business dynamics and varying customer needs. Advanced interpersonal skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Senior Executive, Sales will develop and aggressively win new customer opportunities and manage a portfolio of customers through personal sales visits. They will build strong client relationships to maximize account performance, prepare weekly updates on pipelines and target achievements, and provide regular updates on business challenges and customer satisfaction. The role involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure high-quality service delivery, acting as the main point of contact for customers, and implementing sales activities to achieve target budgets. Additionally, they will conduct product presentations, analyze customer data to measure success, maintain customer business information in the CRM system, and perform other tasks as assigned by a superior.
