Candidates should have 5-8 years of B2B event marketing experience, with international events being a plus. They must have experience managing a high-volume event calendar (20+ events per year), strategic ownership of sponsorship decisions and onsite deployment strategies, and prior event budget management experience. Strong project management and communication skills are essential, along with a proactive and analytical mindset, and a process-oriented approach. The role is fully remote within the United States.
The Senior Event Marketing Manager will own the event roadmap by managing event tiering, sponsorship selections, onsite activation plans, and staffing plans. They will drive cross-functional alignment with product marketing, demand gen, sales, and leadership, and oversee event strategy by setting KPIs, tailoring activation plans, and evaluating new sponsorship opportunities. This role involves project managing deployments with structured timelines and kickoff meetings, managing end-to-end event logistics including vendor contracts and onsite coordination, leading onsite activations, and measuring and reporting on event performance with data-driven recommendations.
