Requirements

Candidates must have 8+ years of experience in event management, with a focus on large-scale, global events and internal events like Sales Kickoffs and Sales Clubs. Proven leadership experience managing teams and cross-functional collaboration is required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience working with C-level executives. A demonstrated ability to manage event strategy is also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Sr. Manager, Global Events will develop and implement high-impact event strategies and experiences aligned with business objectives. They will lead and mentor a team of event professionals, manage a portfolio of events ensuring flawless execution, and collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging. This role involves overseeing event budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships, driving awareness and demand conversion through compelling experiences, and using data to evolve event programs. The manager will partner with product and sales teams to align event content and strategy with business goals and report on event performance and ROI.
