Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in infrastructure technology sales and a demonstrated history of consistent goal achievement, ideally within the top 10% of performers in a competitive environment. Adaptability, experience in high-velocity technology companies, and excellent communication skills in all channels are essential. Fluency in English is required, with German fluency being a preferred advantage. Familiarity with open-source technology and experience using Salesforce, Command of the Message, and MEDD(P)ICC are also beneficial.
The Senior Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for prospecting and closing new business within the Swiss region, identifying, nurturing, and closing opportunities with new customers. This role involves managing forecasts, tracking customer data, and employing a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs before discussing products. Responsibilities include articulating product value, supporting customers during the trial phase, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to negotiation, cultivating sales through outbound efforts and inbound leads, and becoming proficient in pipeline management using Salesforce. The role also encompasses managing quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests.
