Job Description

Reporting to our VP Retail Media, as Senior Retail Media Manager, you will be an important contributor in driving media performance and account growth. Your main responsibilities will include activation & optimization, reporting & insights, testing & data analysis, and client communication across complex retail accounts. Success in this position requires organization, the ability to function within a global team environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and improve retail media campaigns inclusive of Sponsored Advertising and DSP activations across retail networks (e.g., Amazon).
• Work within the US Timezone (EST Hours).
• Ensure accurate and full delivery of client budgets.
• Independently complete BAU tasks, including but not exclusive of campaign builds, daily pacing, optimizing, and reporting.
• Help create professional client-facing documents highlighting clear and actionable performance insights.
• Interface with clients through written, phone, and in-person communication.
• Collaborate with our teams to achieve campaign goals.
• Stay up to date with new tools, trends, and best practices.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience working in retail media in an agency setting.
• Knowledge of sponsored ad & display advertising through Amazon, with experience working in the Ad Console.
• Experience working with 3rd party bid management platforms such as SKAI or Pacvue.
• Experience managing complex retail media budgets.
• Advanced Excel (can perform complex functions) / Google Sheets experience.
• Client-centric: You'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• Process Improvement: You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.
• Creative Problem Solving: You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
