Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Sales Training & Development will design and lead a comprehensive training strategy focused on the development of sales managers, develop competency models and learning paths, conduct field observations and coaching sessions, partner with Sales, Marketing, and Commercial Operations to assess training needs, incorporate adult learning methodologies, lead the creation and delivery of training programs, collaborate with stakeholders on innovative tools and content, evaluate training outcomes, and serve as a liaison to other training departments and cross-functional teams. They will also represent the Sales Training function at meetings and events and travel extensively to engage with sales teams.
