Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree, with a clinical or healthcare degree being preferred, and at least 5 years of experience in healthcare or training, specifically with experience in a physician office setting interacting with providers and clinical staff. They should maintain a basic knowledge of MST build, Epic training environments, Cadence/Prelude, Media Manager, Acumen Rounder, and regulatory programs, along with expert knowledge of EpicCare Ambulatory application and Epic Ambulatory training or support experience.
The Senior Epic Training Specialist - Clinical will deliver engaging and impactful training experiences for end users, informed by learner feedback and assessment results; evaluate and update clinical training program materials and documentation to ensure accuracy and alignment; partner with trainers and analysts to share knowledge and improve training materials; collaborate with Clinical Instructional Designer and Analysts for knowledge sharing and continuous improvement; assist in creating and updating documentation, training scripts, and training videos; present upcoming changes/functionality in upgrade webinars; support the post go-live Customer Success team with clinical optimization training; and lead clinical workflow demonstrations for sales or other areas of the company as needed.
