Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, adult learning theory, or a related field, and possess at least 7+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in business administration, adult learning theory, or a related field with 5+ years of experience, or a PhD in business administration, adult learning theory, or a related field with 3+ years of experience. Previous experience as a sales coach, training specialist, or similar role is also required.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Sales Trainer will develop, execute, and evaluate sales training programs utilizing various learning platforms, recommend improvements to training materials, conduct sales training on selling skills and IDT’s processes globally, observe sales encounters, prepare new sales representatives through orientation and coaching, build collaborative relationships with subject matter experts, and collaborate with partners to utilize DBS for process improvement, soliciting feedback for continuous improvement.
