Field Training Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Training, Education, or a related field, and have at least 7 years of experience in training and development, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role. Demonstrated expertise in designing and delivering training programs across various methodologies, including in-person, online, and app-based learning is essential. Strong project management skills and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) are also required.
As a Senior Manager, Training, you will be responsible for identifying and assessing training needs, designing and developing comprehensive training programs and materials, implementing training initiatives using diverse instructional techniques, monitoring and evaluating program effectiveness, continuously updating training content, addressing performance gaps through targeted training solutions, and overseeing employee onboarding and the Learning Management System. You will also collaborate with the Commercial Operations team and manage external training vendors to ensure successful program delivery and achieve a strong return on investment.
