Responsibilities

  • Training Needs Assessment: Conduct job analyses, review career paths, and collaborate with the Commercial Operations team to identify and assess current and future training requirements.
  • Program Development: Design and create comprehensive training programs, content, and materials covering brand knowledge, product details, customer experience processes, systems, technical skills, and other areas critical to Scout's success.
  • Implementation: Deploy pre-launch training programs utilizing diverse instructional methods and formats, including in-person sessions, online modules, and app-based learning.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation: Track and measure the effectiveness, success, and return on investment (ROI) of all training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly update training programs to ensure they remain relevant, engaging, and effective. Establish a rapid deployment process for critical training content in response to emerging business needs.
  • Performance Management: Partner with the Commercial Operations team to address performance discrepancies and deliver targeted training solutions.
  • Employee Onboarding: Develop and implement a comprehensive onboarding process for new hires to facilitate a smooth integration into the company and ensure immediate productivity.
  • Learning Management System (LMS): Select, implement, and maintain an intuitive LMS that is easily integrated and updated to meet evolving business requirements.
  • Vendor Management: Lead and coordinate efforts with external training agencies and vendors.
