Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets for the US region
  • Lead the regional sales team in identifying, qualifying, pursuing, and closing complex, high-value deals with key accounts
  • Implement a structured sales process, including account planning, sales forecasting, and performance tracking
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the semiconductor IP and SoC market in the US, with a focus on mobile, automotive, and/or optical communications
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships and alliances with key industry players to expand market reach, enhance product offerings, and drive revenue growth
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners at the executive level
  • Deeply understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and ensure the delivery of tailored solutions that drive customer success and satisfaction
  • Conduct a comprehensive market analysis to identify key trends, emerging challenges, and growth opportunities in the US semiconductor IP market
  • Provide actionable insights to the executive team and product development, influencing product strategy and innovation
  • Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team across the US
  • Foster a culture of excellence, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
  • Implement effective training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
  • Collaborate with the executive team to develop and manage the annual sales budget, forecast revenue accurately, and optimize resource allocation to maximize ROI in the US region
  • Provide regular and comprehensive reports on sales performance, market trends, competitive landscape, and business growth strategies to the executive team and board of directors. This includes a detailed analysis of sales data, pipeline management, and progress against targets
