Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of product managers focused on contract creation, negotiation, and e-signature
  • Orchestrate with designers and engineers to build great products that win the market in Contract Lifecycle Management
  • Spend time with prospects, customers, and analysts to deeply understand needs
  • Define strategy and deliver a series of bets that find product-market fit
  • Define a strategy that outlines new bets for Ironclad based on existing company and product strategy
  • Manage, inspire, and build a high-performing team to inflect the business, explore growth opportunities (customer penetration, usage, new markets, displace competitors)
  • Be deeply collaborative with existing EPD teams, GTM, and others to land new products and drive adoption
  • Communicate often and clearly up, across the organization, and to customers as bets evolve
  • Partner deeply with engineers, product managers, GTM leaders, and customers
  • Transform and humanize contracts from paper to data and inaccessible to intuitive
