Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the consumer companion app
  • Lead a team of product managers, designers, and engineers to complete the product roadmap
  • Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and user research
  • Translate complex user needs and business requirements into clear product specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product compliance and market readiness
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (critical metrics) for the app
  • Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, optimization, and eventual sunsetting
  • Communicate the value proposition and impact of the app to internal collaborators and external partners
  • Develop a culture of innovation, collaboration, and patient-centricity within the product team
  • Handle budgets, resources, and vendor relationships related to app development and maintenance
