Responsibilities

The Senior Director, People Operations will lead and develop a team of Directors, foster a collaborative culture, professionally handle escalated issues, and align People Operations work to achieve company goals. They will also understand overall company goals, develop Total Rewards programs, drive the evolution of the Workday system, build and scale programs, ensure compliance with labor laws, leverage data and analytics, and partner with senior leaders and stakeholders to align People strategies with organizational goals.
