Working closely with our Chief Customer Officer, you will grow, scale, and innovate Salsify’s Global Partner Program and organization. At Salsify, we empower brands to deliver engaging, consistent digital product experiences across every touchpoint of the digital shelf. Our partner organization builds high-impact, deeply collaborative motions with technology and consulting partners, to help our customers accelerate their digital transformation and win on the digital shelf.
We’re looking for a leader who can expand our ecosystem, driving transformational partnerships that fuel growth and maximize value for our customers. This individual will develop the supporting programs, processes, and structure to continue development of our world-class partner organization, leveraging their exceptional executive presence, collaborative mindset, growth-orientation, and entrepreneurial DNA. They will be a trusted advisor to Salsify’s senior leadership, our partner ecosystem, and the broader industry, creating the benchmark for leading partnership practices.
Platform for managing product data and assets
Salsify provides a platform called CommerceXM that helps brands and retailers manage their product data and digital assets for online sales. The platform combines Product Information Management (PIM), Digital Asset Management (DAM), and Experience Management (XM) to ensure that product information is consistent and engaging across various online channels. Clients, including direct-to-consumer brands and large retailers, can automate the transformation of digital assets and synchronize supply chain data, which allows them to maintain a single source of truth for their product listings. This capability improves operational efficiency and enhances customer engagement, ultimately leading to increased sales. Salsify operates on a subscription-based model, offering different service tiers to meet the varying needs of its clients.
