The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in IT, cybersecurity, or a related field, along with over 12 years of experience driving technical market strategies. Prior experience serving in a leadership position within the United States Military or Intelligence Community is required, demonstrating a deep understanding of the needs of technology-enabled missions across those forces.
This role involves developing and executing go-to-market strategies for government and military communities, understanding the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs to effectively position Two Six products, collaborating with Engineering teams to align product development with market demand, and working with Sales, BD, and Marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities. The Senior Director will also travel as needed to meet with customers, participate in internal meetings, assist in shaping proposals and closing deals, identify and evaluate channel partners and government programs, provide regular reports on growth strategy performance, and maintain strong customer relationships while staying current on industry trends and best practices.
