Motive is seeking a strategic, data-driven Sr. Director of Global Sales Recruiting to lead our efforts in attracting and hiring top-performing sales talent. This leader will own recruiting strategy and execution for our Go-To-Market (GTM) teams, including Enterprise, Commercial, and Sales Development Representative (SDR) roles. You will partner closely with Sales leadership to drive growth in alignment with business goals.
