Requirements

  • Build and optimize global processes across the employee journey
  • Ensure consistent, compliant, and culturally relevant HR practices in the U.S. and international markets
  • Establish a robust governance structure for employee data integrity and process adherence
  • Champion a human-centered approach to employee services and touchpoints that drive engagement and simplicity
  • Streamline HR service delivery by leveraging automation and integrated technology
  • Develop global knowledge bases, self-service portals, and process improvements to reduce friction and increase employee satisfaction
  • Lead the development of real-time dashboards and people analytics tools to monitor and drive key metrics
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights that enable smarter decision-making for executives and business partners
  • Advance predictive analytics capabilities and elevate HR’s role as a strategic driver of business outcomes
  • Build HR operational models and systems that scale with the company’s growth trajectory and evolving workforce needs
