Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience, including leadership roles in FP&A or strategic finance within a high-growth technology company, preferably B2B SaaS
  • Proven track record scaling high-growth companies, preferably with exposure to over $300m in revenue and IPO readiness
  • Experience working directly with Private Equity or Growth Equity investors, including board-level presentation and value-creation planning
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution who can turn strategy into operational excellence
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale a high-performing FP&A team
  • Strong executive [presence/communication skills, inferred from context]

Responsibilities

  • Lead Pacvue’s FP&A function, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and performance analytics
  • Build and scale small but highly capable FP&A team, mentoring talent and building robust processes to support a high-growth business
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team to provide insights, recommendations, operationalize strategic initiatives that drive both revenue growth and margin expansion
  • Own the operating model and key financial dashboards, KPIs, and board-level reporting to support transparency and decision-making
  • Partner with the go-to-market teams to provide analysis and insights that accelerate growth
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, balancing operational finance discipline with forward-looking strategic finance
  • Close partnership with our accounting team and brings a deep understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, and internal controls, to enabling accurate financial reporting and credibility with investors, auditors, and the board
  • Support capital markets activities and M&A diligence and integration
