Requirements

  • 12+ years of progressive finance experience
  • Leadership roles in FP&A or strategic finance within a high-growth technology company
  • Proven track record scaling high-growth companies with over $300m in revenue
  • Experience working directly with Private Equity or Growth Equity investors
  • Deep expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analytics
  • Strategic thinker with a bias for execution
  • Ability to build and scale a high-performing FP&A team

Responsibilities

  • Lead Pacvue's FP&A function, including forecasting, budgeting, long-range planning, and performance analytics
  • Build and scale a small but highly capable FP&A team
  • Act as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive team
  • Own the operating model and key financial dashboards, KPIs, and board-level reporting
  • Partner with go-to-market teams to provide analysis and insights that accelerate growth
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership
  • Close partnership with the accounting team to enable accurate financial reporting and credibility with investors, auditors, and the board
  • Support capital markets activities and M&A diligence and integration
