Job Description

Freshworks is looking for a results-oriented, performance-driven marketing leader to drive regional marketing in North America. This role will lead our regional marketing strategy and in-region teams while also interfacing and coordinating with global marketing support organizations.

We are seeking an inspiring leader who cultivates a growth mindset, champions the customer, and leads with vision while executing with operational excellence. You will be responsible for building and leading a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation, and driving measurable business outcomes in collaboration with our sales and business development teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead with Vision: Inspire the North America Field Marketing team with a clear, forward-looking vision. Align regional marketing priorities with global corporate objectives, ensuring clarity, direction, and accountability across teams.
  • Champion the Customer: Lead initiatives to redefine customer excellence for global enterprises. Represent Freshworks at executive and board-level engagements, advocating for customer success and long-term partnerships.
  • Cultivate a Growth Mindset: Foster innovation by creating space for experimentation in go-to-market strategies and programs. Model resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, complex SaaS sales environment.
  • Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to our North America Field Marketing team, identifying and nurturing top talent while promoting diversity and inclusion to build innovative, competitive teams.
  • Own strategy, development, and execution of targeted marketing programs that include demand generation campaigns, ABM, field events, user events, industry events, webinars, and digital initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, business development, customer success, and global marketing teams to ensure strong execution and alignment.
  • Execute with Excellence: Drive operational excellence by implementing robust systems and processes to manage high-stakes accounts and pipeline generation. Maintain a results-driven focus while fostering collaboration across functions.
  • Understand marketing customer segmentation, value proposition, and provide feedback on how to meet specific market needs.
  • Manage budgets, investment models, track and measure all marketing programs. Utilize data-driven insights to optimize strategies, investments, and resource allocation.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years experience in Cloud / SaaS enterprise application marketing (B2B).
  • Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Deep understanding of Account Based Marketing (ABM) vs. Demand Generation at scale, and the ability to strategically determine when to
