Requirements

Responsibilities

The Senior Director, Client Service will oversee and grow a portfolio of key strategic accounts, serving as the primary liaison with client stakeholders and executive leaders. They will also identify long-term client goals and objectives, partner with clients and internal teams to create customer experiences, guide cross-functional teams, promote Bounteous’ integrated solutions, and proactively communicate agency value. Furthermore, the role involves promoting and enforcing information security practices, identifying and reporting security risks, and ensuring compliance with data privacy standards.
