This role focuses on supporting relationships with key brand and retail customers as a Director of Client Strategy. You will become an expert in understanding clients' business challenges and ensuring we drive adoption and value, leading to favorable renewal outcomes. This role will include supporting clients in partnership with an Account Executive (AE), Client Strategy Manager (CSM) and Solutions partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of Client Strategy Managers (CSMs), helping to set and execute plans to achieve retention and revenue goals.
  • Lead the team responsible for driving successful renewal processes and outcomes: ensuring value and adoption to drive high retention and long-term client partnerships.
  • Deeply understand the client base and jobs to be done. Become a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service.
  • Leverage product expertise to drive value, user engagement, and deeper adoption.
  • Cross-functional alignment to drive positive client outcomes, accessing the Product and Revenue organization.
  • Build and leverage tools and data to support a quickly scaling book and user base.
  • Support AE team to drive upsell opportunities by identifying additional client needs and expanding product adoption.
  • Build and maintain relationships with budget holders.
