Demonstrated leadership experience in managing and developing high-performing teams is essential, along with a proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
As the Director of Client Strategy, you will lead and develop a team of Client Strategy Managers, overseeing retention and revenue goals, and ensuring successful renewal processes. You will deeply understand the client base and their needs, acting as a trusted resource and thought partner, and leveraging product expertise to drive value and user engagement. Furthermore, you will support the Account Executive team in identifying upsell opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive positive client outcomes and expand product adoption.
