This role focuses on supporting relationships with key brand and retail customers as a Director of Client Strategy. You will become an expert in understanding clients' business challenges and ensuring we drive adoption and value, leading to favorable renewal outcomes. This role will include supporting clients in partnership with an Account Executive (AE), Client Strategy Manager (CSM) and Solutions partners.
