About the Role

This role offers a blend of technology and ingredient sales, focusing on driving profitable revenue by bringing Brightseed’s portfolio of ingredients and Forager® products to customers. As an Account Manager, you’ll play a key role in executing the company’s strategic growth plans in the CPG and supplements markets, collaborating with industry leaders to leverage Forager’s® products to solve unmet data and product development needs. You will be responsible for servicing existing accounts and developing new business to meet sales revenue objectives, working closely with R&D, Product Management, Food Scientists, Manufacturing, Operations, and Product Marketing.

Your Impact

  • Focused on growing existing house accounts and building a pipeline of new direct sales accounts.
  • Progressing business opportunities and achieving revenue budget and growth targets.
  • Utilizing markets/trends to build a strong and sustainable pipeline of opportunities.
  • Achieving aggressive conversion rates across diverse industries including food and beverage, nutraceutical, CPG, pet food, consumer health, dietary supplements, and adjacent marketplaces.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to evaluate, develop, and maintain accurate sales forecasts.
  • Gathering and communicating changes in the marketplace and customer behaviors to guide the business on key learnings, potentially leading to increased conversions.
  • Working independently to achieve goals.
