Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools is required, along with experience in A/B testing, user research, and conversion rate optimization. Exceptional typography skills, strong communication abilities, and a Bachelor's degree in UX Design, Graphic Design, Digital Design, or a related field are essential. Experience at high-growth SaaS companies, front-end development knowledge (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), familiarity with marketing automation platforms and analytics tools, and vendor management experience are preferred.
The Senior Digital Experience Designer will lead the design and optimization of the primary digital storefront to maximize conversion and user engagement. They will create seamless user experiences that communicate the company's value proposition, collaborate with development teams on digital experience improvements, and ensure brand consistency across all digital marketing touchpoints. Responsibilities also include designing interactive presentations, calculators, lead generation tools, high-converting landing pages, campaign experiences, responsive digital experiences, and social media templates. The role involves partnering with marketing, sales, and product teams to translate business objectives into compelling digital experiences, collaborating with the Brand Experience Team on integrated campaign experiences, and partnering with vendors for specialized digital projects. The designer will communicate design vision effectively, stay current on UX trends and best practices in B2B SaaS, implement cutting-edge design solutions, and champion user-centered design principles and data-driven optimization.
