Requirements

Candidates should possess 3-5+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience, with a strong preference for government or healthcare sector experience. Proficiency in Figma and FigJam, along with experience in UX research, UI design, wireframing, flow creation, User Journeys, Happy Paths, and building component libraries is required. Familiarity with ADA compliance and WCAG is highly preferred, as is experience working as a contractor and managing multiple projects. A Google Design Certificate or equivalent, bootcamp workshop experience, and excellent communication and presentation skills are also necessary.

Responsibilities also include explaining design rationale to clients, adapting to changing project requirements, maintaining an organized workflow and design system, and collaborating effectively with developers.
