Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or growth design, with exposure to brand definition and evolution. A deep understanding of performance marketing, growth funnels, and how creative impacts conversion is essential. Proven experience creating high-performing creative in fast-paced, high-growth environments, a strategic mindset regarding design's impact on business results, and experience collaborating cross-functionally are required. Strong knowledge of brand consistency, evolving visual systems that scale, advanced Figma skills, and experience with SaaS and/or B2B are preferred. Familiarity with digital design, layout, typography, color theory, visual storytelling, and web design/CMS tools like Webflow or Hubspot is necessary, along with a portfolio showcasing range, detail, and creativity.
The Senior Brand & Growth Designer will lead design across various formats including paid media, digital and print campaigns, event assets, websites, presentations, and video storyboards. They will translate marketing goals into compelling visual concepts that convert and connect, capturing attention and driving engagement. This role involves owning and evolving Dutchie’s visual identity, ensuring consistency while pushing creative boundaries. Responsibilities include creating same-day graphics for rapid-response marketing, collaborating with copywriters, marketers, and product teams for cohesive storytelling, and directing design vendors and freelancers. The designer will also maintain and evolve Dutchie’s visual brand guidelines.
