Requirements

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering role, with proficiency in CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitHub CI. Strong experience with Kubernetes, ECS, Lambdas, and container orchestration is required, alongside expertise in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or Go. A solid understanding of AWS networking, security, and infrastructure is necessary, as well as experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, and Helm. Building top-notch observability, including dashboards, alerts, and synthetic probes, is also a key requirement.

Responsibilities

The Senior DevOps Engineer will construct, manage, and deploy infrastructure using Helm, Terraform, ECS, and Kubernetes. They will recommend architectural enhancements, design integration solutions, and establish methodologies and best practices. Responsibilities include building reliable systems focused on durability, availability, disaster recovery, and performance, and advocating for test-driven development and automated testing. The role involves defining and monitoring SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs, setting up proactive alerting, and creating dashboards for real-time system health insights. Implementing monitoring and observability solutions such as Grafana, Coralogix, AWS CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and OpenTelemetry is also a key duty.
