What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Technical Principal, Engineering Manager, Practice Lead, or Lead Engineer with a passion for modern engineering best practices and enabling clients through knowledge transfer, coaching, training, and upskilling.

This role is accountable for delivery excellence for clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor and overall engagement success. Internally, the role fosters positive team morale, provides individual feedback, and drives staffing needs for an engagement, potentially managing a team of 4-8 team members (Associate Engineer to Tech Lead).

    • Execute contractual obligations regarding deliverables, documentation, and provide an excellent customer experience.
    • Contribute to and evolve the overall delivery strategy in collaboration with leadership, Liatrio team members, and the client.
  • Trusted Advisor:
    • Guide clients on technical and methodological best practices.
    • Provide strategic influence, share industry insight, and advocate for DevOps cultural change.
    • Remove political, financial, and mental impediments to transformation.
  • Client Relationship:
    • Build, grow, and maintain Liatrio relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Technical Contribution:
    • Architect solutions.
